Abstract:

点阵结构在航空、航天领域,高强度与轻质量方面的应用十分广泛。本文基于变密度拓扑优化方法对点阵结构进行优化,分析三维悬臂梁模型在简单工况下的点阵优化过程。点阵优化作为一种新的优化方法,在拓扑优化的基础上对结构进行进一步的尺寸优化,可以将中密度的单元将转化为点阵结构,使得中密度单元的材料利用率得到很大提高,最终创建了性能更加优越的混合实体和杆件的结构。
