Abstract:

电弧增材技术具有低成本和效率高的优点,考虑到增材件内部孔隙缺陷,考虑用损伤力学的方法进行分析。本文基于连续损伤力学对铝合金电弧增材件的疲劳行为进行数值模拟,当施加应力幅为300Mpa、应力比为-1的疲劳载荷时,增材件的寿命为410周。
