Abstract:
4130X钢是一种典型的CNG(压缩天然气)高压气瓶材料。由于高压气瓶不断充气放气及长途运输、压缩天然气中含有硫化氢等腐蚀介质,会对4130X钢的疲劳裂纹扩展速率产生影响。故本文从腐蚀环境,应力比两个方面,探究4130X钢疲劳裂纹扩展速率的变化规律。研究得出:相同的实验环境,疲劳裂纹扩展速率随着应力比的提高而增大,相同应力比情况下,预腐蚀环境使材料裂纹扩展速率增快1.3倍左右。
