Abstract：
This paper explains the different meaning between S&T Olympic Games and Olympic S&T. S&T Olympic Games is the process of conducting R&D projects to support Olympic Games and that Olympic S&T are the results of the R&D projects conducted for S&T Olympic Games. The paper argues that we not only aim at S&T Olympic Games, but also industrialize Olympic S&T. In order to realize the transformation, some issues are put forward to be resolved.
