Abstract:

The process of direction-change in a certain high temperature air combustion retrorse regenerative burner is simulated in this paper. With the developing of time, the flame's maximal temperature in the burner reduces gradually, the average temperature increases, and the temperature field becomes more even. With the decreasing of oxygen concentration, the quantum of nitrogen oxide concentration versus time minishes, and the reaction process is getting more balanced. With the increasing of preheated air temperature, the maximal and average temperatures, and the quantum of nitrogen oxide also increase. But with the reducing of oxygen concentration, the influence of preheated air temperature on the temperature field and outlet pf pollutants become weak. As the fuel's velocity is 0.25 m/s and 0.5 m/s, the temperature field, nitrogen oxide concentration and carbon dioxide concentration are considered synthetically.
