Abstract:

In recent years, with the rapid development of the knowledge economy, the importance of knowledge management is more and more recognized by people. With the status of knowledge in the enterprise increasing, business management gradual transition to knowledge management. Knowledge map as an effective knowledge management tools are also used in many enterprises. But now there are some problems in the application area and the influence is limited. In this study, knowledge map, people job match theory and human resource allocation methods are combined. First we construct staff knowledge map and job knowledge map based on knowledge map construction methods, and then match them according to bipartite graph matching algorithm, in order to achieving a post matching model based on knowledge map. Combined with human resource management theory, we propose a suitable enterprise human resource allocation model based on knowledge of the map.
