Abstract:
Herein, 3D porous ZnCo2O4/Co3O4 composite grown on carbon cloth is fabricated through in-situ growth of Zn/Co precursor and ZIF-67 following by further annealing to improve the electrochemical performance of single metal oxide. When used as anode material for Li-ion batteries, it exhibits high discharge capacity (1350.0 mAh g(-1) at 0.1 A g(-1)), and long cycling performance (64.2% of the initial capacity is reserved after 105 cycles at 0.3 A g(-1)). The good performance can be attributed to the porous structure and synergy effect of ZnCo2O4 and Co3O4. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
