Trust　is　the　foundation　and　guarantee　of　the　relationship　between　the　partners.　The　mechanism　and　evolution　process　of　trust　will　directly　affect　the　network＇s　innovation　performance　in　the　technology　innovation　network.　This　paper　uses　the　method　of　dynamic　game　to　analyze　the　evolution　of　trust　between　core　enterprise　and　partners,　pointing　out　that　trust　in　the　network　will　present　the　characteristics　from　personal　trust,　to　relationship　and　then　to　the　system　trust.
