Abstract:
中国不同区域房地产市场发展不平衡,货币政策效应存在区域差异,货币政策不同类型工具对房地产市场价格影响效果不同.存款准备金率变化对房地产市场价格的影响大于贷款利率变化对房地产市场价格的影响.政府在调控房价时可多种政策工具相结合,并依据区域特点采取差异化策略.
