Abstract:
泵驱动回路热管机组是提高数据中心自然冷源利用率的重要技术手段,以应用于回路热管中的旋转气泵为研究对象,详细分析该气泵的热力学和动力学性能,并与其对应的压缩机性能进行比较.结果表明:气泵压力比可降低33%以上,排气温度可降低22℃以上,制冷量可提高30%,EER可提高70%以上;以R22为循环工质时,气泵气体力、阻力矩的峰值为对应压缩机的60%左右,气体力、阻力矩的波动幅度为对应压缩机的50%左右;旋转气泵以R410A、R32为工质时的制冷量约是R22时的1.5倍,EER略低于R22,R410A、R32为工质时的气泵阻力矩曲线大致相同,而R22为工质时的阻力矩峰值、波动幅度仅为R410A、R32的60%.
