Abstract:
运用SolidWorks软件建立数控磨床床身模型,导入ANSYS分析软件分别进行静力学和模态分析.根据分析结果,对床身壁厚、掏沙孔形状及筋板布局等结构进行优化设计.综合各结构优化方案,优化后的床身体积增加1.199%,最大变形可以减小52.034%,第一阶固有频率提升21.478%.
