Abstract:
合成了低表面张力的减缩/减水一体化的聚羧酸减水剂,研究了其对水泥基材料孔结构及水分蒸发速率的影响.结果表明,低表面张力的聚羧酸减水剂能够有效抑制水泥基材料的失水收缩,掺量为0.2%时,水泥砂浆长期减缩率达到20%以上.其作用机理是:SRPC改变了水泥基体的孔径分布,减小了小于50nm的孔径百分比,低表面张力降低了水泥基体内部的毛细孔压;同时,SRPC还聚集到气-液界面,从而抑制水泥基体孔溶液中水分的蒸发.
