Abstract:
本文利用干涉光刻技术结合金胶体溶液法1,实现了大面积双层垂直堆叠金纳米线光栅波导结构的制备,并将该结构应用于等离激元超快光学开关.如图(a)所示,金属光栅的周期为400 nm,上下层金纳米线间的距离约为14 nm.在偏振光入射的情况下,上层光栅由于衍射作用而产生瑞利反常现象,下层光栅由于衍射作用而激发了波导共振模式,上下两层金纳米线间相互靠近而产生新的等离激元共振模式,即交叉等离激元.
