Abstract:

  为了研究超高层建筑施工塔吊的抗震性能,运用SAP2000对某实际超高层建筑及施工塔吊进行抗震分析,以塔吊起重臂的竖向位移及加速度、塔身顶部X、Y水平方向位移及加速度和关键部位杆件的最大应力为控制目标,验算该结构在8度多遇地震下和8度罕遇地震下的抗震性能.分析结果表明:该施工塔吊在8度多遇地震下杆件最大应力为253.74MPa,小于塔吊所用材料Q345B的许用应力为276MPa,满足强度要求结构安全;在8度罕遇地震下,起重臂竖向位移增大明显,平衡臂与塔身连接处弦杆最大应力达到804.37MPa,起重臂根部与塔身连接处下弦杆最大应力达到434.78MPa,两者均超过材料的许用应力及屈服应力,在地震作用下塔吊上部整体后倾,上段塔身向后弯曲,塔吊因后倾力矩过大而发生起重臂及平衡臂根部折断破坏.
