Abstract:
镍基单晶高温合金由于其优异的高温综合性能而令它在航空发动机中受到广泛的运用1.在高温合金的服役过程中,它所受到的高温+离心力(蠕变)的共同作用,会在γ基体内产生了大量位错,并逐渐在 γ/γ′界面上形成位错网;位错的运动和增殖不可避免的会造成材料中微观取向的变化,进而直接影响高温合金的服役寿命.
