目的探究憩室入口直径对乙状窦血流动力学的影响规律,为搏动性耳鸣的研究和治疗提供理论指导。方法统计分析了临床上26例搏动性耳鸣患者的憩室入口直径,范围为2.96～17.38 mm,基于该范围构建了7个不同入口直径憩室模型(case 1～7分别为16、14、12、10、8、6、4 mm),通过PIV实验和仿真计算,获得憩室壁面压力和乙状窦内血流的速度场,
