Abstract：
本文采用实验方法研究了十字交叉通道中液态金属液滴的生成特性。通过改变连续相和分散相的流量,记录液态金属生成长度的变化情况。通过MATLAB进行数据拟合,得出金属液滴长度随毛细数和流量比的变化关系。结果显示:液态金属液滴长度随着流量比的增大而增大且为线性关系,随着毛细数的增大而减小且为幂率关系。
