Abstract:

针对微凹槽捕获液体减阻机理问题,基于Fluent软件VOF(Volume of Fluid)模型,开展了数值模拟,研究了不同接触角性质对气-液界面形貌特性的影响。结果表明,在连续相气体流速为1 m/s时,随着接触角的增加,被捕获液体的液面曲率逐渐增加,并且发现接触角为120°和150°时液面会离开凹槽边缘在凹槽侧面移动。模拟结果可为微纳结构表面减阻和自清洁设计及优化提供理论依据。
