Abstract：
近年来，境外间谍组织威逼利诱策反高校大学生案件频发，为高校素质教育敲响警钟，大学生国防安全和保密素质教育已迫在眉睫。本文基于木桶理论，结合当前大学生保密教育面临的问题，采用问卷调查法总结大学生保密教育现状，探讨保密教育实施路径，为地方高校国家安全和保密教育问题提供对策建议。
