Abstract：
合成了一种反应型近红外荧光探针N-Rh-GSH,该探针以罗丹明衍生物为荧光母体，通过与谷胱甘肽(GSH)作用触发螺环的开关来实现信号的响应，其开环释放的荧光产物具有760 nm的近红外发射波长。细胞实验表明，该探针可实现对活细胞中GSH的成像。
