Abstract:
本文通过净浆凝结时间和砂浆抗压强度表征3种粉体促凝早强剂(FAC、FAS和CN)单掺时的促凝早强效果。在掺加无碱液体速凝剂的基础上加入促凝早强剂,结合水泥水化放热特性、水化产物组成测试结果表征双掺体系的促凝早强效果及机理。结果表明,促凝早强剂与速凝剂双掺能够显著提高砂浆的早期抗压强度,6h抗压强度均大于3.50MPa。FAS促凝早强剂大量促进CSH凝胶生成,CSH和钙矾石形成紧密的空间网络结构提高强度,FAC和CN促凝早强剂通过生成大量的钙矾石提高强度。
