Abstract：
＜正＞随着我国电子政务迅速发展,大数据、区块链等新技术不断在公共管理领域进行应用探索,有效改善了政府工作效率,提高了政府工作的精准性。根据政府＂十四五＂规划,中国将加快数字化发展,提高数字政府建设水平。因此,以＂数字化建设＂赋能深化改革背景下国资国企＂有效监管＂就成为一条可尝试的现实路径。
