Abstract:

Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is an ultrasensitive trace analysis technique, and Raman enhancement is mainly contributed by surface plasmon resonance of the metal nanoparticles immobilized on the substrate. Among them, flexible SERS substrates are more suitable for a wide range of applications, and people are more interested in flexible substrates. This work includes preparation of transparent flexible SERS substrate, preparation of different morphologies of silver nanoparticles, deposition of silver nanoparticles on flexible substrate and Raman detection. © 2022 SPIE.
