Abstract：
英国的终身教育发展走在世界前列，在其发展的过程中形成了制度完善、以技能为中心及雇主为核心等特点。我国目前正在教育领域构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系并已取得了一定成就。因此，对英国终身教育的探讨能够为我国推进终身教育提供参考和借鉴。
