Abstract:

1.Introduction
Equimolar multicomponent design and maximized configura-tional entropy cause high-entropy alloys(HEAs)to have outstand-ing mechanical performance over a large temperature range from cryogenic temperatures up to room temperature[1-9].Accord-ing to previous studies,deformation-induced twinning and phase transformation are two athermal transformations that significantly improve the mechanical performance of HEAs,especially those with face-centered cubic(FCC)structure[8,10-19].
