Abstract:

Acceleration signals are often used in engineering systems to obtain the vibration velocity or displace⁃ ment of objects. However,the inevitable noise in the acceleration signals will cause the baseline drift of the integrat⁃ ed velocity and displacement,which will cause the distortion of the real signal,and even completely cover the real signal in severe cases. This article systematically compares and studies the four kinds of methods in time-domain for this problem,analyzes the basic principles and shows the processing results of an acceleration sample. Meanwhile,it also points out the limitations of various methods. On this basis,this paper proposes a new method named as the Iwan-EMD method in the time domain. The simulation signal verifies the rationality of the new method. © 2022 Science Press. All rights reserved.
