Abstract:

It is necessary to carry out maintenance work to ensure the quality and service level of the expressway, and a reasonable quota is the basis for efficient maintenance work. At present, due to different maintenance units and expressways, the labor, machinery, and material consumption of the same sub-purpose are different, which complicates the compilation of maintenance quotas. This paper takes "replacement of 140 columns" in the routine maintenance of Beijing expressway as an example. The entropy-TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate the consumption of labor, materials, and machinery under different maintenance conditions, and the pros and cons of each maintenance condition were judged by sorting circumstances to formulate reference standards for maintenance quotas. The results of this paper will be significant for the compilation of expressway routine maintenance quotas. © ASCE.
