Abstract:
To improve the shared parking participation of parking space providers (O-user) and parking space users (P-user), a double auction mechanism of shared parking space under reservation system is designed. The allocation of parking space is discussed, which is of great significance to the efficiency of shared parking. The influencing factors and mechanism of O-user and P-user's bidding behaviors were analyzed based on Engel-Kollat-Blackwell consumer purchase decision model. Considering the heterogeneity of temporal and spatial attributes of shared parking space, a double auction mechanism was designed. To ensure the real bidding of users, the pricing mechanism of shared parking space based on Vickery-Clarke-Groves (VCG) price algorithm is adopted to calculate the final price paid by users, and the algorithm is designed from three aspects: time constraint, space constraint, and price constraint. The research can provide theoretical basis and data support for formulating the auction strategy of shared parking space. © ASCE.
