Abstract:

滚动转子式压缩机的泄漏间隙在运行过程中因磨损会逐渐变大,进而影响压缩机的泄漏和性能.本文根据滚动转子式压缩机零部件运动和间隙中流动的特点,建立压缩机间隙泄漏模型,计算并分析制冷剂、间隙值、压比、转速等因素对滚动转子式压缩机泄漏量的影响.结果表明:在相同条件下,径向间隙泄漏量最大,占总泄漏量的65.1%~88.4%,其次为轴向间隙;在R32,R410A,R22,R290和R134a这5种制冷剂中,R32和R410A的平均总泄漏量较大.研究结果可为降低泄漏损失、提升容积效率提供参考.
