Abstract:
为提升往复活塞压缩机双温制冷系统的能效,提出了双吸气口活塞机及其系统.在活塞上止点附近设置另一吸气口作为高压级吸气,形成较高的制冷温度.建立了系统性能计算模型对系统运行进行模拟研究,考查制冷性能随冷凝温度、蒸发温度、余隙容积等的变化规律.结果发现,双吸气系统与单吸气系统相比制冷COP最大可提高0.782,压缩机功耗降低0.73 kW,排气温度减低9.9℃,系统运行更加稳定.
