Abstract:
电连接器在工作时往往会受到外部振动等复杂环境影响导致在接触区域发生微动磨损,从而使电接触系统失效。不同于一般器件微动磨损行为,电连接器微动磨损涉及摩擦学、材料学、电子学、热力学等多种学科。本文通过建立二维圆柱平板简化模型,在热电耦合作用下应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件模拟微动磨损行为,并利用用户自定义子程序Umeshmotion,配合网格自适应技术来实现模拟接触表面磨损过程。
