Abstract:
以某种提升箱体为铸造工艺设计对象,通过对其结构功能性分析,为其设计了顶注式和底注式两种浇注系统,并使用ProCAST模拟软件对两种浇注系统进行数值模拟与对比分析后,选择了底注式浇注系统.针对底注式浇注系统进行了两次工艺优化,先后分别增设了发热保温冒口、出气孔和冷铁.经模拟分析证实优化措施有效,铸件的铸造缺陷出现的概率大大降低.
