Abstract:
In this paper, 24 parking lots in different areas of Beijing city were selected as the sample. First, a field survey was carried out for the basic information of parking lot and the land, transportation, economy and population of influence region, with seven evaluation indexes of land development intensity, traffic location potential, public transport accessibility, public transport service level, number of parking lots, house price and population density being selected, and their index value was calculated respectively according to the data of field survey. Second, the weight of each index was determined using the entropy method, and the evaluation model was established, and the division of influence region of parking lot based on development intensity was obtained, including three grades from small to large. © 2018, © 2018 Taru Publications.
