本发明提出了一种单污泥系统驯化反硝化聚磷菌的方法。针对反硝化聚磷菌难以原位驯化的难题,所述方法采用“两阶段”(先厌氧/好氧,后厌氧/好氧/缺氧)驯化反硝化聚磷菌。在第一阶段,系统首先进行厌氧/好氧运行,控制污泥龄为15~20天,当出水PO43‑浓度稳定小于0.5mg/L时,认为成功驯化了聚磷菌;在第二阶段采用不排泥策略并通过调控曝气,控制好氧末NOX‑(包括硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐)浓度在10~20mg/L,PO43‑浓度在5~10mg/L,将运行方式改为厌氧/好氧/缺氧运行,出水NOX‑浓度稳定维持在5~8mg/L,PO43‑浓度稳定小于0.5mg/L,认为成功驯化了反硝化聚磷菌。
