本发明公开了一种表面增加分形几何微沟槽储油结构的PDMS离型膜,主要是运用分形几何学知识及微尺度流体连续原理,在树脂槽底部离型膜表面增加一种分形几何微尺度储油沟槽,以增加其对润滑液的储存能力,保障大尺寸面曝光连续成型3D打印过程中树脂的流动补充更加及时、充分,避免因润滑液流失、离型膜破裂等问题,从而提高长时间打印过程的成功率及打印模型的成型质量。
