Abstract:

本发明提供了一种厌氧氨氧化菌好氧呼吸模式驯化方法与装置,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)向接种有厌氧氨氧化菌且运行稳定的反应器中添加光催化剂,调节发射光波长以激发光生电子,构建光催化剂‑anammox复合体;(2)向反应器内的泥层区施加氧气,梯度提高氧分压形成好氧环境,同步梯度降低废水pH值,并向废水中添加Cu2+离子,定向刺激anammox菌的ccb3型细胞色素c氧化酶蛋白结构装载;(3)维持好氧环境,调节废水pH值回升,anammox好氧呼吸模式启动完成。本发明中的好氧呼吸驯化方法能够能够解决anammox菌对环境氧气的敏感性、并能够在高DO溶解氧环境下保持高效脱氮性能。
