一种具有低阻高发电性能的无铅压电陶瓷材料及制备方法,属于无铅压电陶瓷材料技术领域。在Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3陶瓷中用低电阻率的BaSnO3取代部分的BaZrO3,在压电常数基本不变的同时,使陶瓷材料的电阻率显著降低,从而获得了极高的电流密度和功率密度,在压电能量收集器应用领域具有重要前景。
