Abstract:

一种镱双浓度掺杂钇铝石榴石的平面波导激光放大器属于固体激光放大器技术领域。本发明公开了一种可实现高功率、高效率的双掺杂Yb : YAG平面波导激光放大器,本发明芯层增益材料采用双掺杂浓度的Yb : YAG,降低波导入射端的芯层掺杂浓度减小热效应,增加后端增益介质掺杂浓度增加泵浦吸收,提高了增益介质的泵浦吸收均匀性,减小增益介质端面的温度梯度,改善热效应。制备方式采用键合技术,使得平面波导放大器整体结构更加简单紧凑,本发明的双掺杂Yb : YAG平面波导具有较大的功率体积比,易于实现小型化、大功率的工程应用。
