Abstract:

本发明公开了一种提高钙钛矿太阳能电池热稳定性的方法,具体涉及到钙钛矿太阳能电池器件中对于电子传输层的处理,该方法在常规制备的基础步骤之上,增添了对SnO2电子传输层进行有氧气氛等离子清洗(Plasma)的步骤,实现了SnO2由缺氧态到富氧态的转变,提高SnO2中氧空位的形成能与扩散势垒,阻止了SnO2中的O进入到钙钛矿层对其进行破坏,从而实现整体器件热稳定性的提高。
