Abstract:

一种基于压缩感知理论的联合稀疏信号降维重构改进方法属于模拟信息转换领域。所述方法是将原多测量向量转化为低维度的多测量向量,然后再利用梯度追踪算法从低维多测量向量中恢复出稀疏解,实现对信号的降维重构。根据基于压缩感知理论的相关定理和参数设置要求,通过理论推导得知对于稀疏度已知的联合稀疏信号,信号宽度达到一定值(称为临界值L1),就可以恢复出唯一解,因此对高维信号进行重构时,考虑将信号宽度降为L1后再进行重构。重构时使用梯度追踪算法,利用无约束最优化方法中的梯度思想来替代逆矩阵或者广义逆矩阵的计算,不必使用QR分解。本发明降低计算复杂度和提高重构成功率,且信号宽度越大,优势更加明显。
