Abstract:

一种离子液体作为催化剂醇解回收废弃PET聚酯的方法涉及聚酯纺织品醇解回收领域。本发明以PET聚酯材料为原料,以乙二醇为醇解剂,以离子液体作为催化剂,在170‑220℃下将聚酯为对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯(BHET)。本发明利用离子液体作为催化剂,可有效降低聚酯解聚反应温度,缩短反应时间,提高对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯(BHET)产率,降低化学回收工艺技术成本,同时所得产物纯度高。
