Abstract:

一种城市固废焚烧过程烟气含氧量实时预测方法涉及工业生产过程参数的数据驱动建模领域。针对城市固废焚烧过程烟气含氧量的测量仪器成本高、寿命短、精度不高等问题,本发明提出一种基于深度随机配置网络的烟气含氧量实时预测方法,实现烟气含氧量的精确估计;该方法通过剔除含异常值的样本、设计小规模的深度随机配置网络建立烟气含氧量的预测模型,并实现预测算法;解决了测量仪器不具备预测功能的问题,避免了深度随机配置网络因网络规模过大影响预测实时性的问题,降低了测量仪器的采购和维护成本,有利于烟气含氧量的实时监控。
