Abstract:

一种钴铁合金磁性壳聚糖碳化微球的制备方法及应用,涉及高级氧化非均相催化剂研发的技术领域。通过自行制备的钴铁合金磁性粉末与壳聚糖交联形成钴铁合金磁性壳聚糖混合物,滴加到碱溶液中,硬化后形成钴铁合金磁性壳聚糖微球;然后在氮气条件下对钴铁合金磁性壳聚糖微球进行煅烧进而得到钴铁合金磁性壳聚糖碳化微球。本发明所需材料价格低廉,合成工艺较为简单,壳聚糖包裹钴铁磁性粉末减缓了活性组分的流失,并且催化剂催化效果好,易于回收利用,克服了传统高级氧化体系中易产生铁泥、催化剂回收困难的缺点,在废水处理方面具有较好的应用前景。
