Abstract:

提供一种废弃有机无机复合材料过热催化转化制备富氢燃气的方法,涉及有机无机复合材料。其主要步骤如下:低温真空裂解、过热蒸汽热解、燃气催化重组、燃气净化和机械破碎-涡电流分选等步骤。与现有技术相比,由于采用低温真空裂解与过热蒸汽热解组合技术,提高了有机组分气化转化率,避免了裂解油及裂解焦炭的富集;热解产生的气体经催化重整提高了燃气中可燃氢气含量,得到了富氢燃气利用价值更高。所述方法具有原料适应性强、有机组分转化率高、减量化明显、易于工业推广应用等特点。
