Abstract:

一种γ‑氧化铁负载的钒钨钛催化剂及其制备方法,属于低温SCR催化剂领域。采用浸渍法制备,以锐钛矿型TiO2为载体,通过浸渍法负载V2O5,WO3,γ‑Fe2O3作为催化剂的活性组分。通过利用在原有钒钨钛催化剂上负载γ‑Fe2O3,并用表面活性剂PEG改善γ‑Fe2O3在催化剂表面的分散,以提高催化剂在低温条件下的活性和抗水性,使其不仅能在160~300℃都可达到90%以上活性,还有一定的抗水性能,使其可适用于高水低硫的烟气环境。本发明制备过程简单,低温活性好,有较好抗水性能,适用于工业应用。
