Abstract:

一种超低温烧结的低介微波介质陶瓷及其制备方法,属于电子陶瓷技术领域。在CaMoO4体系中,通过引入Li2MoO4作为助烧剂,在600℃的超低烧结温度下,制备得到了一种微波介质陶瓷材料。该介质陶瓷不含有毒有害元素,具有超低烧结温度和低介电常数,在介质谐振器、滤波器、微波天线等电子元器件中具有广泛的应用前景。
