Abstract:

一种低温条件下快速启动微丝菌污泥膨胀的装置及方法,属于污水生物处理技术领域。在低温SBR反应器中接种短程硝化污泥,第一阶段驯化7天恢复活性,SVI为80~100mL/g;第二阶段以缺好氧、低溶解氧方式运行试验,溶解氧浓度为0.8~1.1mg/L下运行,其SVI值从100mL/g逐步上升到180mL/g,在反应器运行第17天后,在SVI值稳定维持在160~180mL/g之间时,活性污泥维持在污泥微膨胀状态,得出优势丝状菌为微丝菌型丝状菌。第三阶段进一步降低溶解氧浓度0.2~0.5mg/L,在试验后期,系统的污泥沉降性发生了显著恶化,SVI值上升到423mL/g,污泥膨胀现象十分严重,通过革兰氏和纳式染色,可以明显看到活性污泥中存在大量丝状菌。
