Abstract:

本发明公开了一种具有摩擦耗能和自复位功能的ECC‑铝骨摇摆墙,包括包括受控结构与腔体连接下缘箱型钢构件、预制ECC‑铝骨摇摆墙构件、下缘箱型钢构件与预制ECC‑铝骨摇摆墙构件连接转换钢构件、受控结构与腔体连接上缘箱型摩擦钢构件、预制ECC‑铝骨摇摆墙与上缘箱型钢构件连接转换钢构件、摩擦芯板、形状记忆合金棒(SMA)、铝骨、各种型号螺栓和弹簧滑片。该种结构体系能够实现第一阶段通过摩擦耗能,第二阶段通过形状记忆合金棒(SMA)耗能并实现自复位,第三阶段通过ECC材料和铝合金骨架塑性变形耗能的三阶段耗能目标,具有装配速度快、可拆卸更换、变形能力强、抗震韧性优、耗能能力强等优点,适用于框架或剪力墙结构、桥梁结构等抗震加固或新建项目中。
