本发明提供了一种超快激光高效耦合微细射流的装置及方法,包括:装置主体及超快激光传输通道;装置主体内从上到下依次为层流腔室、光学窗口、喷嘴元件和气体腔室;超快激光经过光学窗口,穿过厚度可调的层流水层,聚焦到喷嘴元件后形成等径传输长度的耦合微细射流,气体腔室与超快激光传输通道同轴;装置主体上半部分设有多个与超快激光传播方向平行的层流腔室,层流腔室内设有层流扇叶;气体腔室设有进气口,底部设有平滑耦合微细射流的气体出口。此装置及方法实现了超快激光与微细射流高效稳定耦合。
