Abstract:

本发明公开了一种不同温度下金属纳米线力学行为的研究方法,建立不同种类的金属单晶纳米线模型,通过分子动力学模拟其在不同温度下的塑性变形过程,研究其塑性变形的微观机制,将不同温度下金属纳米线的应力应变曲线进行数据对比,用微观原理和宏观数据证实温度对金属纳米线的力学性能有影响,并且其强度会随着温度的升高而降低。通过本发明方法能够发现不同温度下的FCC(面心立方结构)金属纳米线的塑性应变过程都经历弹性‑屈服‑塑形三个阶段,其屈服应力和杨氏模量都随着温度的升高而降低,降低温度可以提高金属纳米线的力学性能。
